We shouldn’t be here

Seventh-day Adventists are having their 150 year anniversary this May. This is a little embarrassing, because they’re not supposed to be around anymore. The Day of Judgment is supposed to have come and gone, according to their own message.

Oops.

Of course, no Adventist is suggesting that everyone pack up, go home, and look for a different religion. Adventists will soldier on, looking for that imminent apocalypse that never comes.
